International Grand Centennial Convention (IGCC) on Ayurveda
and Ayurveda Health Expo 2008

Summary: On the occasion of birth centenary of founder Arya Vaidyan P
V Rama the founder of the Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, IGCC is organising a three day
convention on Arogya Expo-2008.
The theme of the event is to give a fillip to the popularisation of Ayurveda
so that it reaches every nook and corner of this globe. Speakers at this 'yagna'
will include visionaries who are self appointed crusaders for the cause of regenerating
universal health.
The event will include pre conference workshops, an international convention
and expo with an expected participation of more than 2500 delegates from all
over the world, knowledge transfer by more than 100 renowned scientists from
India and abroad and more than 250 exhibitors from fields related to Indian
Health Sciences. It will be a unique, enlightening and enriching experience.
During two days of the convention, six panel discussions on key topics will
be conducted to address important issues and evolve a guideline document that
could be submitted to policy and decision makers.
Three panel discussions will be conducted after the parallel sessions at the
end of each day for duration of about two hours. Each panel will have five panellists
representing the academy, regulatory boards, administrative services as well
as clinical practice.

Biosimilars Conference 2008

Summary: The future of the pharmaceutical industry lies with biotechnology.
Biotech drugs account for around 10-15 percent of the current pharmaceutical

Bioprocess International Asia Pacific

Summary: The 3rd BioProcess International Asia Pacific conference is
being held for the first time in India. This event will bring together attendees

Summary: The 60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC) is being organised
by Indian Pharmacy Graduates' Association. IPGA is a federating body of Indian

of India), AIDCOC (All India Drugs Control Officers Confederation) and IHPA
